The "Pamela" style bonnet was popular during the 1790's-1812. It was characterized by an upright crown and brim which was held down on the sides.
I was inspired by an extant bonnet to try my own take on it. Riffing off the wide ribbons and lacy net ties, I used a bright bunch of spring flowers in yellow, pink, blue and white. The crown features two rows of wide satin ribbon ribbon and a jaunty side bow.
The brim measures 3" deep the crown is 5" tall. One size. One of a kind.
