The poke bonnet was a popular style during the Regency. This particular bonnet is limited because of the vintage floral trim used on the crown. Trimmed in two ribbons- an ivory satin as well as a green and tan plaid taffeta, the style is based on the bonnet worn by Harriet Smith in the 2020 adaptation of Emma (see additional image). Wouldn't it be perfect for a picnic on Box Hill?
