Gemstone crosses were ever popular during the Regency. For years I've been searching for a crystal cross similar to the Topaz ones given to Jane and Cassandra Austen by their brother Charles (see second image). This is the closest I've been able to come, but it seems to me like a lovely accent piece for your Regency gown. Crystal cross measures about 1" tall; arrives with a silver tone chain.
