The poke bonnet was a popular style during the Regency. This particular bonnet is OOAK, trimmed in two ribbons- a white and tan checked taffeta and a solid tan color. The style is based on the bonnet worn by Harriet Smith in the 2020 adaptation of Emma (see additional image). Wouldn't it be perfect for a picnic on Box Hill?
