Ordering from Austentation can be done via email or standard mail in order form. I will ship your order within two weeks of receiving both your order confirmation and payment.

The fastest way to receive your order is to email me with your order and pay via credit card through Paypal, a secure online payment option. Because they accept a variety of credit cards, this is also the most expedient way to process overseas orders.

I will ship USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Orders will be processed within two weeks of check cashing. Please E-mail me for overseas shipping rates. A general rule of $10 for the first hat and $5 for each additional hat in the same order applies.

E-Mail Ordering Instructions

1. Before placing your order, please e-mail me so that I can confirm your color and style choices and provide you with a final cost. This also helps me to know what to have one hand so that I can start creating your hat as soon as I receive payment.
2. Go to Http://www.paypal.com and if you have not done so, open an account.
3. When preparing to pay, use my e-mail address, austentation@comcast.net, to direct payment.
4. Enter your credit card number and Voila! You are all done! Please allow two weeks for e-mail/Paypal orders to be shipped.
5. If you have difficulty using Paypal, let me know. I can send you a payment request form.
